About the role

As a Systems Specialist for Unit4 ERP at Bravida, you will have a key role in the management and development of our business system. You will work closely with operational solutions for financial flows, controlling, and analysis, ensuring that the system effectively supports the business needs.

You will be part of an experienced and cohesive team with broad expertise in system management and finance. The role involves close collaboration with finance and controlling functions as well as other internal and external stakeholders. The position is located at Bravida's headquarters in Hägersten, just south of Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage and further develop Bravida's Unit4 ERP, focusing on finance, controlling, and reporting.
• Ensure that the system effectively supports the business needs and continuously drive improvements.
• Develop and customize reporting tools and analytical functions, including Excel, Excelerator, Report Engine, and Power BI.
• Drive change and development projects related to ERP and financial processes.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to optimize system support and workflows.
• Contribute to Bravida's digitization and automation initiatives.

We are looking for someone with solid experience working with Unit4 ERP in an operational role focused on finance and analysis. You have a good understanding of system flows and an analytical ability that helps you improve and develop system support. We believe you have an academic background in finance, economics, or equivalent, and experience working in a large and complex organization where the ERP system is business-critical. Perhaps you have previously worked as an application specialist, system administrator, ERP consultant, or in a similar role, where you have managed and developed business systems in close collaboration with operations.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience with Unit4 ERP, focusing on finance, controlling, and reporting.
• Experience in finance and/or controlling, either through education or work experience.
• Good understanding of data models and analytical tools, preferably experience with Power BI or similar.
• Advanced skills in Excel, and preferably experience with Excelerator and Report Engine.
• Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, as well as good knowledge of English.
