Do you want to work in an organization with a strong commitment to nature and experiences? STF is now looking for a systems specialist who wants to contribute to the development and management of STF's most operational systems.

About the role:

As a systems specialist at STF, you will be responsible for IT-related management and development of one or more system areas. In this role, you will work with systems for supporting technology, such as APIs and more for the new CRM system that is currently being implemented, as well as login solutions for My Pages on STF.

You will be a key person in identifying the organization's needs and translating those needs into technical solutions, setting requirements for suppliers, and participating in the implementation of STF's new management model.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage one or more system areas within STF.
• Develop management plans and participate in and drive development projects.
• Identify organizational needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as a requirements setter and coordinate supplier contacts.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve system incidents.
• Create and maintain system descriptions and integration overviews.
• Participate in the implementation of STF's new management model.
• Support and train users within the organization.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in IT/system science/other relevant field or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with management models, preferably PM3.
• Experience in requirements setting and translating organizational needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting and testing complex IT solutions.
• Understanding of complex IT environments and integration flows.
• Experience in project management of IT projects.
• Experience with login solutions.
• Good collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is a merit if you have:

• Been involved in developing various operational systems.
• Experience with CRM.
• Experience with membership organizations.
