We are seeking an experienced consultant for the role of Tech Lead within a Financial ERP Program. The position is based at our office in Bergshamra, supporting all Nordic countries.

About the Role:

We are looking for an ERP expert with extensive experience in the financial sector, specifically focusing on currency evaluation and the consolidation of legal entities across different countries and economic regions. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge in other financial areas and have strong expertise in both internal and external ERP integrations. Experience in the insurance sector is preferred, but experience in the broader financial or highly regulated sectors is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial ERP solutions across multiple regions and currencies.
• Provide deep expertise in currency evaluation and the consolidation of financial data from multiple legal entities in various jurisdictions.
• Ensure successful integration between the ERP system and other critical internal and external systems.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and contribute to the digitalization of the financial department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support in controlling procedures and related financial operations.
• Leverage knowledge in advanced technologies such as AI (including GPT, NLP, ML) and integration technologies (web services, APIs, EDA) to innovate and improve financial systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong background in ERP systems, with deep knowledge of financial modules and their application in multinational, multicurrency environments.
• Experience with consolidation processes and currency evaluations in regulated markets.
• Solid understanding of financial process improvements and the application of digitalization techniques.
• Expertise in ERP system integration, with a focus on seamless data flow between financial, logistics, and HR modules.
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP modules outside the immediate scope, such as logistics and HR, is beneficial.
• A good understanding of controlling procedures and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with AI technologies (such as GPT, NLP, and machine learning) and integration techniques (web services, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication in both English and Swedish (preferred but not required).

• Hybrid working options may be discussed with the manager, although full-time office presence is expected.
