Our client, a public authority, is now seeking experienced consultants in the fields of system architecture and business architecture to strengthen the digitization and automation of internal work processes. The consultants will play a crucial role in the authority's efforts to develop and implement system support that assists both internal workflows and external users. The assignment involves working with the Pega platform and the associated system development.

Mandatory Requirements

Senior System Architect (SSA)

• Competence level 3 (4-8 years of experience).
• Degree in computer science.
• Certification as PCSSA.
• At least 5 years of experience working with the Pega platform.
• Experience leading and driving the development of entire functions in Pega, involving multiple developers.
• Work experience managing large and complex system implementations in Pega.
• Experience handling complex system integrations and deployments.
• Ability to apply Pega components for reuse in system development.
• Experience working with SAFe in a larger organization (at least 300 employees).
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written.

Business Architect (BA)

• Competence level 3 (4-8 years of experience).
• Degree in computer science.
• Certification as PCBA.
• At least 3 years of experience working with the Pega platform.
• Experience in requirements management within large organizations (at least 300 employees).
• Work experience managing requirements in distributed systems.
• Ability to apply Pega components for reuse in development work.
• Experience working with SAFe in a larger organization (at least 300 employees).
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Requirements

Senior System Architect (SSA)

• Experience working in public authorities developing systems that support job placement officers and job seekers.
• Experience in requirements analysis.
• Experience in system testing and test automation.
• Certification in Infinity 23 or higher.

Business Architect (BA)

• Experience working in public authorities with system development that supports job placement officers, job seekers, or independent actors.
• Experience working closely with solution architects.
• Experience in system testing.
• Certification in Infinity 23 or higher.

Work Location

• Stockholm. Possibility for remote work up to 50% by agreement with the responsible manager.

Assignment Period

• Start: 2025-04-28
• End: 1 year + possibility for extension (option for 6 months)
• Scope: 100%
