We are looking for a full-stack developer for an authority in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The authority's mission is to prepare and implement decisions regarding the direction and scope for a long-term sustainable public transport.

They are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with a strong ability to work with the entire development stack, from user interface to backend and databases.

The development team you will be part of is brand new and will be organized throughout the year. This means that the initial period will involve the actual establishment of the team. But it also means that you will have the opportunity to influence the team's culture, working methods, and choice of development tools. In the role of full-stack developer, you will be involved in developing web applications and supporting services that, together with other systems, will form the new traffic management capability that the initiative aims to establish within the transport service. Responsibilities

• Work full-stack and contribute to backend development but with a stronger competence in frontend
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks, primarily React
• Create and optimize databases and APIs
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement attractive and functional solutions
• Participate in the entire development process from concept to launch
• Debug, test, and optimize applications

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

At least 6 years of work experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, Javascript, and CSS3. Work experience with the JavaScript framework React for at least 5 years. Documented work experience with server-side programming languages .Net for at least 3 years. At least 3 years of work experience in database management within SQL and No-SQL (at least 1 year) in the last 5 years. Work experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Azure pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent in at least 2 assignments. At least 5 years of work experience integrating frontend with backend via REST APIs or GraphQL. Work experience developing web applications according to accessibility standards such as WCAG for at least 3 years.

Desirable

Work experience with container systems Docker and Kubernetes in at least 1 assignment. Work experience with Kubernetes Rancher in at least 1 assignment. Work experience with test-driven development (TDD) in at least 1 assignment. Work experience working in an agile product team in at least 1 assignment. Work experience in the public sector in at least 1 assignment.
