JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a Personal Assistant for a man in his 60s.

As a personal assistant, you will help with the tasks that the user cannot manage on their own in daily life. Working as a personal assistant is a responsible job that provides personal development and much joy in return; you are part of creating a meaningful everyday life for the user.

You will assist users who have decisions regarding services according to LSS. Your work will be based on the implementation plan established to meet the user's needs and decisions.

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, calm, and empathetic. We want you to be proactive, flexible, solution-focused, and able to work both independently and in a team.

The work includes personal care such as assistance with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, transfers, and delegated medical care. Daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping are also part of your job. The work is performed in the user's home.

The schedule includes shifts during the day, evening, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Trained nursing assistant or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. We prefer that you have previous experience working with people. It is important that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

Delegated health and medical services such as trach, ventilator, etc. Personal suitability is of great importance. Valid B driver's license. A criminal record extract will be required.
