We are looking for personal assistants for a happy 19-year-old boy living in Hammarö. We are looking for someone who is 25 years and older with experience in personal assistance. You should be able to work in a structured manner and it is important to follow current routines. Experience working with individuals with autism is a plus.

As a person, you should be responsible, calm, and secure. Since structure in work is important, we are looking for someone who is diligent and has a high work ethic.

We also see that you have good physical condition and enjoy activities. Stimulation and activities are part of the daily work where you, as an assistant, should be able to contribute to the boy's opportunity to participate in society and develop.

Training will take place continuously during the summer. There are great opportunities for a permanent schedule for the right person.

Working hours are varied with both morning/afternoon/evening shifts with sleeping on-call between 00:00 - 07:00.

Your role includes helping with:

• Communication
• Planning and accompanying activities and walks (e.g., boating, swimming in a pool, going to town, visiting Mariebergsskogen)
• Social training
• Dressing and undressing
• Personal hygiene
• Some cooking
• Some cleaning and laundry

You must:

• Have a driver's license
• Be smoke-free
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language

Other: God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness grant of up to 4000:- /year.

According to the law on background checks, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment.
