JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a personal assistant, you are an extended arm of a person and help them achieve a good life. The work will be conducted based on the customer's own home, focusing on the individual's wishes and needs. Therefore, no two days are alike as you, as a temporary worker with us, will be with many customers with different needs and interests.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have training in nursing or personal assistance. Previous experience in the assistance profession is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in working with people and who has a high work ethic. You should be driven, secure, and not afraid of challenges. You should be comfortable working alone and able to make independent decisions. It is also important to be able to function in a work group. Personal suitability is highly valued.

A valid B driver's license and access to a car are desired. This is to be able to reach the customers, as you do not use your own car for work.

Before employment, we will require an extract from the Police's criminal record. The extract can be ordered free of charge at www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se). It usually takes between 1-2 weeks to receive it by mail.
