Personal Assistant in Karlstad

We are now looking for someone interested in working as a personal assistant in our staffing pool for our clients in Karlstad with the possibility of summer work.

Who are our clients?

Our clients have various disabilities and therefore different needs for support and assistance. It could be a guy in the middle of life who has had a stroke and needs help with transfers, personal hygiene, making lunch, going to town for coffee, or maybe gardening. It could be a teenager with autism who needs structured, pedagogical guidance and help for a functioning everyday life. Or an elderly lady who needs help with evening routines, cooking dinner & feeding the cat. Everyone is different and has different needs.

Who are you?

You should enjoy working with people, be attentive, flexible, driven, have a high service mindset, and understand that this is an incredibly important job that truly makes a difference for our clients and their relatives.

We would like you to meet the following criteria:

• Be 18 years or older
• Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing

If you have previous experience in personal assistance, elderly care, childcare, or other service-related professions, it is an advantage. However, we place great importance on who you are as a person.

About the job:

Working in the staffing pool means you will be employed on an hourly basis and be available for work with our clients in Karlstad. You decide when you want to be available for work. This can be on weekdays and weekends, during the day, evening, and night. During the times you are available for work, you are reachable and available to be called in for work.
