JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a Support Assistant for the daily activities of the Innegruppen located at Sätterstrand. The work group consists of four employees.

The users here have daily activity decisions under LSS. The users have a great need for support in their daily lives with structure and schedule planning, as well as help finding stimulating tasks for their workday. They also need support in their daily activities such as mobility and personal care.

Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Daytime, Monday - Friday
Employment type: Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a nursing education or other education that the employer considers appropriate.
  • Has a B driver's license.
  • Has good computer skills.
  • Can master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

Desirable and meritorious:

  • Experience working with individuals within the framework of LSS is desirable.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other disabilities is desirable.
  • Experience working with low-affect responses is meritorious.
  • Education and experience in clear pedagogical methods is meritorious.
  • Experience in documentation and record-keeping.

You should be secure in your professional role and have the ability to work independently. It is required that you have an approach that includes calmness and patience in working with the users. You work based on the individual's needs at the center and are attentive to the users' differences and needs.

Collaboration with other actors, both internally and externally, is also part of the job responsibilities, which places high demands on cooperation skills.

Personal suitability and interest in working with the target group are important.
