JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for summer temporary staff for our LSS operations in group homes, short-term/recreational services for children and youth, as well as personal assistants. Working as a personal assistant/support assistant is a responsible job that provides personal development and much joy in return; you help create a meaningful everyday life for the user. We welcome your application!

We work based on each user's need for support, aiming for our users to be able to participate in society and live as independently as possible. As a personal assistant/support assistant, you provide support to the user in all aspects of life. You start from the individual's needs and consciously work to enable that person to use their abilities as independently as possible. Each person has an individual implementation plan from which the support is based. You support and assist with personal care such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and transfers. Everyday tasks such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning. Recreational activities and social contacts, as well as delegated healthcare. The work is performed in the user's home, at the residence, or at another location where the user is present. You may have varying working hours such as day, evening, night, on-call, weekends, and full days.

In the operations, delegated HSL interventions such as medication and insulin administration may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a completed or ongoing education from the nursing and care program or the child and leisure program, or other education/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.

We prefer that you have previous experience working with people. It is important that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish to document in the operational system Life Care.

The formal requirements are important to us, but it is also important how you are as a person. To be able to work and thrive with us, you need to be secure and able to take responsibility. You are a calm and stable person who can set boundaries. We place great importance on personal suitability.

A valid B driver's license is required. An extract from the police criminal record is required.

OTHER

To perform certain tasks involving sensitive information, employees may need to log in with their personal e-identification. E-identification is an electronic identity document that can be compared to other forms of identification, such as a passport.
