We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Molkom.

What does this position entail?

The client is a woman in her 70s who needs help with everything at home such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning. Assistance with hygiene, some mobility, and help with training are also included in the job responsibilities.

The client enjoys being outdoors and is often engaged in activities during the day. You as a staff member should be cheerful and energetic, have a driver's license and a car, and have experience in meeting people in various situations. Being attentive and having experience in the profession is a plus.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
• Have a driver's license and a car
• have the ability to read people and their needs.

Additional Information

Employment type: as long as the assistance assignment lasts.

Scope: approx. 85%

Working hours: four-week schedule with times on weekdays and every other weekend, working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, a couple of shifts from 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Start date: By agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required under the Aliens Ordinance.
