Personal Assistants Wanted in Arvika and Eda Municipality

We are looking for dedicated personal assistants for assignments in Arvika and Eda Municipality. We are seeking both hourly substitutes and assistants for scheduled shifts.

As a personal assistant, you are an important support for the individual receiving assistance to live as independently as possible based on their own wishes and circumstances.

Your tasks may include helping with basic needs such as personal care, breathing, eating, and communicating, as well as other needs like managing the household, engaging in leisure activities, or socializing with family and friends. The work takes place where the client is located, which can be at home, in school, at work, or during travel.

We have assignments suitable for those without prior experience in care as well as those requiring education or experience. Desired qualities in a personal assistant include attentiveness, reliability, empathy, and the ability to work independently. It is important that our clients feel secure with their assistants.
