Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy and contribute to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you are thorough and can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 65s residing in Hagfors municipality
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• has a B driver's license and access to a car
• is tolerant of pets

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 40%. Working hours are scheduled from 08:00 to 22:00 on weekdays.

We are also looking for on-call substitutes who can work as needed.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date

2025-05-05 or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
