JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help create a fun and educational summer swimming school for children?

As a swimming instructor or swimming instructor assistant at our summer swimming school, you will be part of an engaged team with both experienced swimming instructors and seasonal workers. This year, the summer swimming school will take place during weeks 31 - 32. All activities will take place outdoors at Mörudden beach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead swimming lessons for children aged 6-12 years
• Teach the basics of swimming technique and provide water safety.
• Assist with badge testing.
• Teach swimming, swimming skills, and lifesaving, adapted to the children's abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a swimming instructor education or swimming instructor assistant education through the Swedish Lifesaving Society (SLS), or equivalent experience deemed comparable. Experience from outdoor swimming schools, such as municipal summer swimming schools, is considered equivalent.

If you have experience teaching swimming to children of different ages, it is an advantage.

The job requires good social skills and a love for working with children.

A background check is required for employment.
