Description

As a case officer, you will be responsible for investigating, assessing, and making decisions about services for the elderly according to the Social Services Act. The work involves receiving applications and reports, informing and guiding individuals, and creating individually tailored solutions. You will follow up on the services and actively contribute to the development of the organization. You will play an important role in developing preventive work and meeting the requirements of the new Social Services Act.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and wants to work to create good living conditions for others.

For the position of case officer, we are looking for someone with a degree in social work or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines in the area.
  • The ability to collect, analyze, and evaluate information to propose well-founded measures.
  • Empathetic ability and a solution-focused approach where the individual's needs are at the center.
  • Flexibility, innovative thinking, and economic awareness.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in investigating and handling cases and services.
  • Familiarity with the operational system Treserva and the IBIC investigation method.
  • Experience in the elderly and disability sector.

In addition to experience and education, it is important who you are as a person. Therefore, great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities related to the competencies we are looking for. As a person, you are responsible, attentive, and secure in your professional role. You find it easy to collaborate and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
