Description

The team belongs to the network unit.

You will be involved in developing the operations. The unit also includes four additional family therapists as well as social workers and family therapists who work with safety planning according to Signs of Safety.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged social worker who will work with the collaborative form SSPF, which is a collaboration with the department's network unit, reception group, as well as school, police, and leisure with preventive work for norm-breaking behavior and youth at risk. You will also work with social intervention groups, which is an initiative where you work as both a follow-up and implementer, be an authority practitioner for family treatment in placement-related cases, and work with foster homes with treatment assignments. The work involves close collaboration with the unit's family therapists. The work also includes holding crime prevention conversations with the police, working proactively with the target group, and some treatment work. Together with the reception unit's field group, you will hold preventive SSPF network meetings. Some evening work may occur.

You will be offered an introduction, close support from case supervisors, external supervision, and training.

Qualifications

A degree in social work, and a B driver's license are required for this position. We prefer that you have experience in similar work and experience in social work with children, youth, and families within authority practice. You need to be well acquainted with current legislation. Knowledge of Signs of Safety is desirable.
