JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now pleased to be able to hire support pedagogues in our operations. This is to further strengthen our pedagogical competence within LSS and improve the quality of support we provide to our users. For two of our operations, we are now looking for two engaged and knowledgeable support pedagogues who want to work to create the best conditions for our users!

We are looking for a Support Pedagogue for a group home with six users. Here you belong to a work group of a total of 8 people. You are scheduled, which means working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

We are also looking for a Support Pedagogue for daily activities. Here you work together with three support assistants. Working hours are only during the day, Monday - Friday.

As a support pedagogue with us, you will have an important and central role where you both support and guide your colleagues in pedagogical methods and approaches. You will actively work to develop and implement individually tailored solutions for each user, while also supporting them in living a meaningful and independent life. The role of support pedagogue is not just about administrative tasks, but you will also be involved in user-related work.

The work includes, among other things:

• being a pedagogical role model and driving development and quality work in the operations.
• guiding and supporting employees in social documentation and implementation plans.
• developing and implementing clarifying pedagogy and digital solutions.
• collaborating with colleagues, unit managers, and other relevant actors.
• participating in daily care work, including care interventions and delegated health care tasks.

Work may occur outside the workplace you are assigned to.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you with:

• education as a support pedagogue (200 YH credits).
• experience of working within LSS operations.
• good computer skills and experience with social documentation.
• good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• driver's license (B).

In the role of support pedagogue, you need to have good self-awareness and be secure in yourself. You are attentive, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with everyone you meet. You also have the ability to inspire and get people involved in a group. With a flexible and open attitude, you see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are driven by development and quality, and your goal is to promote good living conditions for users by strengthening their participation and independence.

We place great importance on personal suitability and your commitment to working with the target group. It is also meritorious to have experience in guiding individuals or groups.
