JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a social worker for the adult group, for a temporary position of about 1 year.

As a social worker in the adult group, you will work with investigating and following up on cases related to self-sufficiency and financial assistance. Your focus will be to support clients towards self-sufficiency and an independent life. We are in a development process, and therefore you need to have a willingness to contribute to the work of developing new methods.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute new ideas and engagement and who thrives in an organization focused on quality and development.

The Individual and Family Care, IFO, consists of a children and youth group, an adult group, a reception, elderly care, support for disabilities, and outpatient care. You will have colleagues who work in both SoL and LSS.

You will collaborate with internal and external actors. You will have close support from case supervisors and unit managers and colleagues in your daily work, as well as access to external supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker or has equivalent education. We would like you to have experience working in social services. Experience with financial assistance is desirable.

The work requires a professional approach towards residents in need of financial assistance, as well as good collaboration with various actors, both internally and externally. You work independently, planning and organizing your work effectively. You collaborate well with others, are attentive in your interactions, and solution-focused. You are well acquainted with and updated on current legislation and can express yourself well in speech and writing. As the job may involve travel, a B driver's license is required. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to collaborate.
