Care and Support

Care and Support is an area of operation focused on providing safe and secure care to our citizens. We work with elderly care, short-term care, disabilities, social psychiatry, and rehabilitation.

Our main task is to offer care to our citizens at different stages of life. Needs may vary depending on the type of support a citizen requires, but our approach is that everyone should have the same conditions for safe and secure care. It is important for us that those receiving care feel secure and have the opportunity to influence and have a say in their daily lives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The LSS operations are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. Subject to decisions made, there are now several positions available for application. The work schedule is planned, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. A probationary period will be applied.

The case concerns a minor child, and the tasks involve assisting with personal care and communication by interpreting needs. Social documentation and follow-up of implementation plans are included in the job responsibilities. As a personal assistant, you will work in the user's home. There are certain tasks that require specific competencies, which will be obtained through training during the introduction. More information will be provided during a potential interview.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We prefer that you have passed grades from the upper secondary school care and nursing program or other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent.
• You are stable, calm, and can easily adapt to changing circumstances at work.
• You are communicative and can inform clearly and simply, ensuring that information is conveyed.
• You can express yourself well in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.
• We place great importance on personal suitability.
