Are you a flexible person who takes responsibility and is engaged in your tasks? Are you an active person with a sense of humor? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We are now looking for personal assistants for a 21-year-old guy. He enjoys being active, has a twinkle in his eye, and is quick to laugh.

He has a CP injury and a moderate intellectual disability. This means he needs help with all aspects of daily living. He requires assistance with dressing, hygiene, communication, and mobility.

He has undergone a kidney transplant and needs partial nutrition and fluids through a PEG (a tube inserted through a “button” in the stomach). On weekdays, he participates in the municipality's daily activities, and you as an assistant will also be present during this time.

He lives in his own villa, and you as an assistant will also help with household chores and tasks related to maintaining an independent living. You should have good physical fitness and enjoy engaging in activities. You need to be able to take initiative and be creative. You will receive training if offered the position, and personal suitability will be highly valued, but experience is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can work days, evenings, and nights. Weekend work will also occur in the position. The position is a one-year temporary contract with a workload of approximately 80%. You must have a driver's license as it is required to get to work. You should also be smoke-free.

Additional: We have a collective agreement and individual salary setting, as well as wellness benefits of up to 4000 SEK/year.
