Sunne municipality is looking for Personal Assistants for the Mix group.

Job Responsibilities:

As an employee in the Mix group, you will travel between several clients and assist with transfers, lifting, and other tasks that require double staffing. In addition to providing support, you will also have scheduled shifts as a personal assistant for clients served by Sunne Municipality. You are a responsive, calm, and warm person with empathy and a sense of care, as well as an understanding of the client's life situation. You will be part of a team where high demands are placed on cooperation, responsibility, and flexibility.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is flexible and has relevant high school education, such as healthcare and social care training or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage. You have interest and commitment to people in need of special support. Furthermore, you have a professional demeanor, are attentive, and carry out your tasks with the client in focus. You should master the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have good computer skills. Personal suitability will be given great importance. A valid B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

Conditions

Sunne municipality applies annual working hours for these positions. A probationary period may be applied. The work involves day, evening, sleeping night, and weekend shifts. Employment rate: 2 positions at 80%, with the possibility of increased working hours for a limited period. Employment may involve work at other workplaces, primarily within Support Functions. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the recruitment period, and hiring decisions may be made before the application deadline.
