Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a personal assistant for a happy and curious 12-year-old boy. He lives with his family in a house in the countryside close to animals and nature.

He has an intellectual disability, lacks verbal communication, has epilepsy, and needs help and support with everything in his daily life. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of the client's life and help with:

• Daily routines
• Personal hygiene
• Social activities and hobbies
• Stimulating and engaging in communication
• Supervision and management of epileptic seizures
• Ensuring the client's well-being and safety

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a lot of patience and is interested in getting to know the client's unique signals, patterns, and expressions
• Is used to working independently but can also actively include the client in daily life.
• Can work all hours of the day
• Does not have allergies to pets
• Holds a driver's license and has access to a car as it is required to get to the workplace

The position is part-time, distributed over afternoon shifts and one full day every third weekend. There is an opportunity for more hours during school holidays.

Previous experience is not the most important as we place greater emphasis on the right personality and attitude. We welcome male applicants.
