Then you might be our next colleague! We are now looking for a coordinator/support staff for a group home within LSS.

The group homes/service homes are part of the Support, Care and Social Services Administration in Kristinehamn Municipality, which consists of two operational areas: functional support and elderly care. Within functional support, we work with individuals who have functional variations. Functional support operates seven group homes and one service home for individuals with functional variations within LSS. Our group homes are located both centrally and a few miles outside the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a coordinator for 50% of the time and as support staff for the remaining 50%.

In the role of coordinator, you have a key position in intervention planning and are responsible for actively planning the unit's interventions resource-efficiently, finding cost-effective solutions, planning staff and time continuity, and following up on planning and outcomes. You will also be involved in introducing substitutes and maintaining close communication with the unit manager. The role of coordinator is important for the operation, and the work has significant implications for both the unit's work environment and its economy.

In the role of support staff, you will work at several different group homes, scheduled or on pool shifts. You work motivating and supporting the individual to help them manage their daily life as independently as possible. The starting point for your work is the individual's implementation plan with individual goals and sub-goals. Great emphasis is placed on individual development based on the individual's own conditions. Your tasks include social documentation and collaboration with various partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to have a background as a trained nursing assistant, leisure leader, or have other education in care and support work that the employer finds suitable. We also want you to have experience working in group homes within LSS or social psychiatry. The position requires a B driver's license so that you can move between the different group homes.

We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked as a coordinator and have experience in scheduling. Also, if you have experience with the systems Combine, Raindance, Visma, Time Care Pool, Time Care Planning, and Multi Access.

The position of coordinator/support staff requires you to be secure, stable, and controlled in stressful situations. You take responsibility for your tasks and plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Days with us can change quickly, so you need to adapt easily to changing circumstances. Furthermore, it is important that you express a positive attitude towards your work, are meticulous, and aware of goals and quality standards. Finally, you have excellent collaboration skills and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
