JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation towards a more accessible, equitable, and knowledge-based social service, where preventive and early interventions are the focus. Our goal is to put the individual and family at the center through a respectful and fair approach. We work together in interdisciplinary teams to provide support to children, parents, and their networks, always with a holistic perspective. In the role of family therapist, you will work with children, parents, and networks by providing individual support, treatment interventions, and family therapy. You will participate in network meetings and actively work to tailor support and interventions based on each family's specific needs. You will work with evidence-based methods and be involved in developing and improving our work to achieve the best possible results.

As a family therapist in our organization, you are part of our team that is based on the Signs of Safety approach. Here, you will work closely with social workers and other professionals to support and create change for families on their own journey. You will, among other things:

• Work with various treatment methods, conversations, observations, and group activities.
• Lead network meetings with citizens and officials.
• Collaborate with other services such as schools, preschools, and external actors like child psychiatry and healthcare.
• Document in Treserva and ensure a qualitative follow-up of the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker or has another equivalent higher education. You have relevant experience in family therapy and social work, and knowledge of Signs of Safety as well as other evidence-based methods. You also have experience in leading network meetings and group activities.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are an engaged and solution-oriented person with a good ability to create security in your relationships. You have an analytical approach and can see the big picture and contexts. You enjoy working in teams and have the ability to plan and organize your work to best meet the needs of families. It is also important that you are flexible and have a good ability to work independently when needed.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A driver's license for manual transmission is required.
