BeOneTeam is looking for new employees with a big heart.

Personalized support is a very significant and appreciated job for all our users. It requires some basic knowledge but above all, special qualities in you. If you are going to work with people with sometimes high degrees of disabilities, both physically and mentally, it must feel very natural for you to be caring and compassionate. Being present in meetings with users, being empathetic, understanding needs, and being generally positive.

BeOneTeam in Kalmar County is now looking for new employees with just these qualities for 'as needed' substitutes and longer-term substitutes.

In short:

Working hours can be planned over all hours of the day, so you may need to be available for and present with your user even at night.

We are looking for new employees for clients in Öland, Löttorp, Borgholm, and Färjestaden, to name a few locations.

But if you live in other areas and feel that you want to work with us, please reach out anyway. Previous experience with commonly used lifting aids, medication management, and tube feeding is a merit. However, it is not a requirement as we have individualized internal training.
