We are looking for two reliable and experienced personal assistants for night work.

The positions are approximately 20% and involve becoming an important part of creating a good everyday life for our client. The role of a personal assistant means contributing to a safe and stable environment, focusing on the client's needs and safety.

Experience:

You should have experience in care and support and have previously worked as a personal assistant.

Security:

You should be secure in your work role and able to handle different situations with confidence and calm.

Integrity:

Your ability to respect and protect the client's personal integrity is of utmost importance.

Personality:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, empathetic, and has a good attitude.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an assistant, you will support the client with the needs that arise at night. This includes assistance with transfers, personal hygiene, c-pap, and other basic needs. The work shifts consist partly of active time and partly of standby. We expect you to be a responsive and creative problem solver with the ability to adapt support to the client's unique needs. There is an opportunity for extra work during the day/evening.

Due to allergies in the household, you must be completely smoke-free and avoid perfume and other strong scents during working hours.

About the Position:

We are looking for two Personal Assistants for 20% night work, weekends in Kalmar.

The work shifts are scheduled from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM and consist partly of standby as decided.

A background check will be performed on all who proceed in the process.

We conduct interviews continuously and may fill the positions before the end of the advertisement period.
