Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 77-year-old woman living in Karlstad this summer
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• has a B driver's license

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The position is a summer temporary job during weeks 26-31. The employment rate is about 25% during weeks 26-28 and about 60% during weeks 29-31. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, on weekdays and weekends.

Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is based on collective agreements.

Start date

According to agreement.

We hope you can start the introduction as soon as possible and work as a substitute until the summer position starts.

Being employed at Humana
