JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We at the Project, Investment and Property Unit in the Technical Department are looking for a meticulous and structured administrator who wants to strengthen our team. This position is new to us, and you will thus have the opportunity to help shape this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our administrative systems while ensuring that internal routines and processes work well. You will handle registrations in case and document management systems, financial systems, and property systems, among others, as well as continuously update the website with information related to our unit and our projects. You will administer our grant applications related to the projects. You will also play an important role in maintaining and promoting communication between different departments, units, and external parties.

Furthermore, you will participate in various projects and improvement efforts within the unit, aiming to ensure an efficient work environment where all administrative needs are met. You will work closely with your colleagues in the department and be a natural administrative support in the daily work. One example could be coordinating with other authorities on project-related issues and tasks.

The Project, Investment and Property Unit consists of project managers, property strategists, property superintendents, and caretakers, as well as the recruiting manager. The Technical Department consists of operations within water/sewage and waste management. We run a project unit that carries out investment projects for these operations and other investments in the municipality, such as streets/parks and new premises.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is used to working independently.
  • Has experience in administrative work and communication, preferably within project administration.
  • Is structured and has a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Has good communication skills in both spoken and written form.
  • Masters Swedish in both spoken and written form.
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite and experience working in various systems.
  • Has a B driver's license.

OTHER

The position is vacant provided that there is no surplus, need for relocation, or priority within the municipality. A probationary period may be applied. Security screening with a background check will be conducted before employment according to the Security Protection Act. Interviews may take place continuously during the application period.
