We are now looking for students for part-time work at our service desk in Luleå. The IT department is a crucial part of the company's operations and is responsible for the operation, support, administration, and development of all IT systems.

This is a perfect part-time job for you who are studying IT/Data. You are welcome to have a few years left on your education and to view this extra work with a long-term perspective. The schedule is set up together with the responsible manager and planned to suit you and your studies as well as possible. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have another occupation (studies or work) of at least 50%. You should have a burning interest in computers and IT. You are self-reliant and find it easy to collaborate with others, as you will have frequent contact with employees in the company. As a person, you are social, motivated by challenges, and enjoy helping users solve problems.

You are accustomed to working in a Microsoft Windows environment and have knowledge of computer networks. The tasks are varied, and you will work with user support, installations, troubleshooting, and error resolution on computers. The work is largely performed via phone and remote control. You speak and write Swedish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Troubleshooting Windows Operating System / Office 365
• Windows Server 2012-2022
• Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge
