RESPONSIBILITIES

As an economist with us, you will have a role that ultimately is about creating good conditions for children's future and the best possible meeting for learning. By ensuring sound economics, you contribute to resources landing where they do the greatest good for our operations.

You will be based at our central office in central Varberg and become part of a professional economics team that supports each other to contribute to structure, transparency, and quality in the administration's processes.

We offer a workplace where numbers and analysis meet a meaningful day-to-day life close to the operations. As a qualified support for principals and managers, you combine operational tasks with an analytical eye to ensure that our resources are used effectively.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, and final accounts within the administration's operations.
  • Conduct economic analyses and investigations that provide managers with a stable and quality-assured decision-making basis.
  • Act as an advisory link between economics and pedagogical operations by providing pedagogical economic support to principals and managers.
  • Actively participate in developing the administration's economic processes, routines, and working methods for a transparent organization.

You have a structured working method and confidence in independently prioritizing your tasks, even during periods of higher workload such as year-end closing. You show judgment in your analyses and act as a stable support in the administration's economic processes.

We place great emphasis on you having a genuine commitment to your assignment and that your personality and driving forces match our culture and values.
