As a customer service representative at Garmin, you will help both private customers and retailers with support, claims, and product inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The position begins with an introduction program lasting two to three weeks, where you will be trained in Garmin's products, systems, and working methods, ensuring you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who thrives in customer contact and is driven by providing every customer with a top-tier service experience. You have a genuine interest in technology, are solution-oriented, and are comfortable working at a fast pace without compromising on quality.

We also believe that you:

• Have previous experience in customer service, preferably in technical support
• Have good IT skills, technical understanding, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Are attentive, empathetic, and professional in customer interactions
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and have strong prioritization skills
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good proficiency in English
• Enjoy change and are motivated by constantly learning new things.

It is an advantage if you have a genuine interest in fitness, health, and an active lifestyle, as well as previous experience with Garmin products.
