POWER is looking for a passionate, engaged, and driven Department Manager for the Operations Department (Checkout/Service/Support/Warehouse)!

The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%), with an initial six-month probationary period and start date according to agreement.

As a Department Manager at POWER, we have high expectations of you and that you always act as a role model. You will receive clear goals for both your own and the department's sales, which are then followed up on a regular basis. You spend the majority of your time working as a salesperson in the store, where you meet our customers.

In the Operations Department (Checkout/Service/Support/Warehouse), you work in our checkout lines, information desk, service desk, and warehouse. We see that you are flexible and thrive in a changing daily routine where you constantly see and seize opportunities to help customers and colleagues. You are POWER's face to the outside world and ensure that our customers leave the store with a positive image of us as a company.

Leadership, sales, results, and customer focus are things you find interesting, stimulating, and developing. You lead by example, share your experiences, and enjoy spreading great energy.

You have a strong will and ability to take responsibility and enjoy working at a high pace. We also expect you to be positive, proactive, and willing to work varied hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Be motivated by sales, and more than happy to exceed new goals and results both individually and as part of the team
• Plan and conduct various types of meetings, such as morning trainings, staff meetings, and employee discussions

• Understand the customer's needs and wishes and always strive to offer that little extra
• Be responsible, organized, and structured with experience from planning and conducting ongoing inventories
