The Personal Bank consists of two engaged teams totaling 28 employees who are driven by collaboration, development, and business. They are located in their own premises in Nordstan, Gothenburg, and are part of the Centres of Excellence. At the Personal Bank, high customer satisfaction is a given – and you will play a central role in this work.

Qualifications and Attributes

As a Private Advisor with a focus on mortgage loans at the Personal Bank, you will meet SEB employees via phone, digital video meetings, and written channels, guiding them through the entire mortgage journey – from the initial thoughts about buying a home to a completed mortgage and further financial security. In this role, you combine advisory services, relationship building, and business acumen.

By understanding the customer's needs and life situation, you create security, find the right solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. With self-leadership and a proactive work approach, you take initiative, help customers understand their opportunities, and contribute to a customer experience that truly makes a difference.

We are looking for you who:

• Have good communication skills and are attentive to the customer's needs
• Are results-oriented and have a strong customer focus
• Are driven, self-motivated, and have a desire to develop
• Have a relevant university degree, preferably in economics
• The role requires Swedsec licenses for advisors and mortgages, which is an advantage if you already have them
