We are looking for an engaged Sales Manager for Product Flow on a temporary basis at Coop!

About the role
As Product Flow Manager, you will become a key person in our store team. With a focus on order & structure, shelf care, and efficient product flow processes, you ensure that our customers are met with a store climate that is always Fully Stocked, Fresh, and Fronted.
You work actively towards set goals, follow up on key figures, and drive continuous improvements within your area of responsibility. The role involves both responsibility and variety — from leading staff and coaching employees to planning, ordering, and administration.
Your shifts are primarily scheduled for mornings and forenoons, and you report directly to the Product Flow Manager.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Ensuring high-class service and a warm welcome to our members and customers
- Leading and coaching the team
- Team picking and leadership in the absence of management
- Ordering, self-control, and price care
- Sales planning, follow-up, and assortment development according to the local market
- Minimizing waste and optimizing routines
- Revisions, planograms, and category initiatives
- Administration and daily store work
You are a role model on the store floor and work according to Coop's vision "Sweden's most important consumer force" and our member promise "Together we give every member more." Please note that the work is physically demanding.

You are a meticulous and structured person who enjoys having things in the right place and when workflows function smoothly. At the same time, you are efficient, solution-oriented, and have no trouble prioritizing even at a high pace. You are driven to achieve results and thrive in an environment where clear goals and performance play an important role. As a leader, you have a coaching approach and are motivated by seeing others develop. We also believe you have a genuine interest in food and the store environment and appreciate working close to both goods and customers.

The position is a part-time employment of 30 hours/week. Start date September 1st or as agreed. The position lasts until December 31, 2026, or if extended. We apply a probationary period. Working hours vary and are distributed during both daytime and evening hours as well as weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the last application date.
Experience and Competence
- Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
- High school education is a requirement (post-secondary education is meritorious)
- Experience from grocery retail, retail, warehouse, postal services, or similar areas where order and structure are central
- Experience in leadership or staff management is meritorious
- Experience in postal handling, Svenska Spel, and Safepay is meritorious
