We are looking for a retail sales assistant for a part-time position of 25 hours per week.

We are an established shoe store in Lerum seeking an engaged and service-oriented employee. We offer a wide range of shoes for the whole family and always strive to give our customers the best possible experience.

About the position

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sales and personal customer service
• Register work
• Unpacking and merchandise handling
• Product display and maintaining store tidiness
• Other tasks related to daily store operations

The position is a temporary assignment averaging 25 hours per week. Working hours are scheduled during the store's regular opening hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Our opening hours:

• Weekdays: 10:00–19:00
• Saturdays: 10:00–16:00
• Sundays: 11:00–16:00

The planned start date is week 34, but interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. For us, it is more important to find the right person than to fill the position as quickly as possible.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys the service industry and interacting with people.
• Is self-reliant, confident in customer interactions, and accustomed to taking responsibility.
• Is tidy and meticulous, sees what needs to be done, and is not afraid to jump in when needed.
• Has previous experience from retail, trade, and service.
• Loves shoes!
