About the role Here, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence how we recruit the employees of the future. You will become our recruitment expert, responsible for developing our recruitment process and working closely with managers throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop our recruitment process
• Support and coach managers in their recruitment efforts
• Design and develop our job advertisements
• Conduct selection processes and interviews
• Develop our career site
• Work with employer branding, focusing on our collaborations with vehicle vocational schools

You will also support your manager by participating in various HR initiatives. This role is perfect for you who wish to further develop within HR and broaden your scope of responsibility in the long run.

Who are you? You have a university or college degree in HR or equivalent, and have gained some years of experience working in HR or recruitment.

What we offer You will become part of the Holmgrens Bil HR department, which currently consists of an HR Specialist, an HR Manager, and two HR and Payroll Administrators. We are a flat-hierarchy team that helps each other with the best interests of the business in focus. The position is located in Jönköping. Travel to our workshops will be part of your work, so you must have a valid driver's license (Category B).
