Försäkringskassan has a socially important mission. We develop our case processing with a focus on individuals' different needs and prerequisites. In parallel, we work to prevent crime and abuse of the social insurance system. The FV Department provides economic security to people with disabilities by deciding on and paying out benefits such as care allowance, supplementary cost compensation, car support, disability compensation, care allowance for relatives, and infectious carrier allowance.

Business Development, Development, and Management

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing Försäkringskassan's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate them into concrete activities.

The role involves monitoring and staying well-informed about current societal developments significant to Försäkringskassan, and analyzing potential consequences for the business based on this. The work also includes participating in various networks and contributing to committees, business planning, and annual reports. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

• have a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• have experience from working within business development
• have very good knowledge of change and development processes
• have good experience participating in projects and various forms of collaboration

• bring innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
• collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals

• have experience from working in a similar business area
• have experience with agile working methods
• have worked with digitalization and automation
• have experience in process development
• have knowledge of AI related to business development.

Other Information

One position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
