Interesta is a rapidly growing company that offers qualified advice within condominium development and management through our subsidiary Wetterum. Our services include:

• Conversion of rental apartments to condominiums
• Advice on new construction of condominiums
• Financial management for condominium associations

Our customers are condominium associations, property companies, construction companies, and managers throughout Sweden. We are in the midst of an exciting growth journey and are looking for a new colleague who wants to grow with us.

About the role

As an accountant, you will become part of our tightly knit team within financial management at Wetterum. You are responsible for a number of condominium associations and support their boards in developing and driving the association forward. The role is varied and involves both strategic advisory work and ongoing accounting tasks.

Examples of tasks:

• Rent and fee invoicing
• VAT and tax declarations
• Accounting and reconciliations
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Annual accounts and declarations
• Advice and support in association-related matters
• Procurement and contracts
• Attendance at general meetings and board meetings

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a social and solution-oriented person who thrives in a varied role. You enjoy working both in a group and independently, and you are quick to take your own initiatives.

In addition, we would like you to have:

• A post-secondary education in economics
• At least 1 year of experience as an accountant
• Previous experience in customer service, customer interaction, and/or customer responsibility is an advantage.

Technical skills:

• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package
• Experience with Fortnox, Capego, and Real Fastighetssystem is an advantage
