Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties with a focus on creating safe, functional, and sustainable environments for residents and employees. Currently, Region Skåne is undertaking the largest investments ever in the hospital areas of Scania. We develop complex construction projects in sensitive care environments, always with the highest demands on operational reliability. At the same time, we are expanding the public transport infrastructure with new service depots for buses and trains.

The Business Area (VO) Base Projects within Regionfastigheter is responsible for the implementation of our many renovation projects in our existing property portfolio throughout Scania. We run approximately 500 projects annually.

Within VO Base Projects, our employees are divided into five units: Local Planning, Project Coordination, and our three project management units: Project Management Malmö, Project Management Lund, and Project Management Kristianstad/Helsingborg. Responsibilities

In the role of Sustainability Coordinator, you support the business area's management and coordinate the environmental and sustainability work of VO Base Projects. You work operationally together with project managers, local planners, and interior designers on projects regarding environmental and sustainability issues, where the work is based on Region Skåne's environmental program and other requirements and guidelines.

You actively contribute to Regionfastigheter's work on environmental and sustainability issues related to the Property Ownership Strategy, including among other things Miljöbyggnad (Swedish Green Building Council's environmental certification system), reuse of loose furniture and building materials, and energy efficiency. The position involves coordinating and supporting VO Base Projects during internal and external audits, such as environmental and energy audits (ISO 14001/50001), and participating in Regionfastigheter's environmental network and other environmental forums. You also serve as the cross-functional environmental support and environmental representative for VO Base Projects. As needed, you are also expected to lead presentations and training within the relevant area of knowledge.

Qualifications

We welcome you who have a university/college education with a natural science orientation, or alternatively other education or experience that the employer deems relevant. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, with documented experience in report writing, are required.

You are a certified Miljöbyggnad coordinator for Miljöbyggnad 4.0 or later version according to SGBC, or have equivalent documented professional experience. You have worked with the management systems ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 as well as logbooks.

To be successful in the role, we see that you have a few years of experience in environmental and sustainability work, preferably from organizations within the property or construction/installation industry. Furthermore, you have good knowledge and experience in pedagogically supporting organizations to integrate environmental and sustainability issues so that they become a natural part of all employees' daily work. Experience with the reuse of loose furniture and building materials is also an advantage.

As a person, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have good collaborative and communication skills. In addition, you have a pedagogical ability and work independently and systematically to achieve set goals. You have high integrity, are proactive, responsible, and inspire and create involvement in the organization. We also value your ability to develop and think new thoughts regarding our environmental and sustainability work. Personal suitability is given great weight.

A valid B driving license is required.

What we offer

Salary range: 40,000 – 50,000 SEK
