The positions are fixed-term contracts until June 2027 and are linked to an internal Data Cleansing initiative. In this role, you will work with operational Data Cleansing, which means you will continuously clean, review, and correct article information according to established methods and routines. You will have clear tasks and work to ensure that our article data maintains high quality. When you identify recurring or major errors, you escalate them to the responsible parties for further handling. We are looking for someone who is careful, responsible, and enjoys administrative work where quality and structure are in focus. You work independently but are also a team player who collaborates willingly with colleagues when needed, is methodical, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working with data cleaning and quality assurance.

You will become part of our Category & Purchasing department, Operational Masterdata, and report to the Head of Operational Masterdata. We have a strong internal community where we work together, support each other, and have fun at work.

Your main responsibilities

As a Masterdata Coordinator for Data Cleansing, you work operationally with data cleansing and article synchronization for the masterdata object 'article' in PIM and ERP according to established rules and quality criteria. Ensure and maintain data quality and traceability in implemented changes, including correct 1-to-1 relationship in article synchronization in line with the project's principles. When you identify deviations, you address them within your area of responsibility or escalate them to the correct function if necessary.

You will among other things:

• Perform operational data cleaning activities within Data Cleansing for article data.
• Support the implementation of manual cleaning tasks related to article synchronization.
• Ensure that the 1:1 relationship in article synchronization is maintained by continuously identifying, analyzing, and correcting data quality deviations in article synchronization.
• Follow up on implemented corrections and ensure that the correct data quality is achieved.
• Identify recurring or structural data quality problems and escalate them to the correct function for further actions in processes and methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvements by documenting deviations and suggesting improvement measures.

You are a careful and responsible person who enjoys working in a structured and methodical way. You thrive with operational work and are used to working with large amounts of information and feel confident making decisions based on facts and analysis.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Relevant education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in administrative work with high data quality.
• Experience with PIM and ERP.
• Experience with Data Cleansing.
• Good analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Good communication skills and ease in collaborating with different functions.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with GS1 standards.
• Experience working in retail, grocery, or food industries.
