When a flight departs on time, it is the result of thousands of decisions, activities, and information flows working together. As a Service Delivery Manager at Arlanda Airport, you will play a key role in managing and developing the digital solutions that keep the airport moving!

What does the role entail? You are responsible for the administration and further development of business-critical IT solutions that support the airport's daily operations. A central part of the assignment is to ensure that systems and information flows function efficiently to create the prerequisites for on-time departures and a well-functioning airport operation.

• Ensure that deliveries meet agreed service levels (SLA)
• Test and quality-assure new functionality before it goes live
• Define requirements for suppliers and implement new services and systems
• Continuously work on improving processes and creating stability in deliveries
• Participate in projects and ensure that new IT solutions are developed according to business needs and requirements

You are part of a team where you will work with our flight information system as well as a new information sharing system that provides airport staff with a common and current situational overview, with the ability to share critical information and handle notifications in real time.

• University education in IT or equivalent experience
• Experience in system administration and further development of complex IT solutions
• Experience working with business-critical systems in an operational environment
• Good technical understanding and ability to grasp complex systems, integrations, and databases
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and improvement proposals

Meritorious qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with Oracle databases and SQL
• Experience in system development
• Understanding of airport operations or other business-critical operational activities
