You step into a central role where you will help further develop a container platform used both in our own data center and in Azure. The focus is on OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), with the goal of creating a stable, secure, and scalable platform that meets both business and technical requirements.

The role combines architecture, implementation, and knowledge transfer. You work closely with platform and development teams to enable the migration of applications to ARO, while strengthening the long-term capability of internal teams to manage and further develop the environment. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence a modern platform in a technically complex hybrid environment.

• You drive the installation and configuration of ARO, including network, security settings, and integration with existing systems.
• You collaborate with software development teams to enable test deployments and support the migration of applications to ARO.
• You analyze the platform's performance and improve scaling, resource usage, and operability.
• You contribute to strengthening the security of the platform and ensure that the solution meets relevant regulatory requirements.
• You support and train internal teams on how to manage and maintain OpenShift on-prem in SDDC as well as the ARO environment.
• You create and further develop documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows related to the platform.

• Experience working with OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
• Good ability to install, configure, and integrate platform solutions in Azure and in our own data center.
• Experience with network settings, security configurations, and integration with existing systems.
• Ability to analyze and optimize performance, scaling, and resource management in platform environments.
• Experience collaborating with development teams in connection with application migration and test deployments.
• Used to supporting, training, and transferring knowledge to internal teams.
• Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
