Do you want to use your technical expertise to solve real business problems on a large scale, without spending all day writing code? Here, you will play a key role at the hub between thousands of applications, massive data sets, and business-critical flows.

When our services stand still, the business stands still. Here, you ensure that everything from payments and inventory flows to digital customer services works around the clock.

You will land in a central integration function where all parts of the business meet via the group's various services. Your daily routine consists of:

• Understanding needs from different departments and translating them into smart integration solutions

• Working with Java in a Linux environment, Apache/Confluent Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

• Configuring and reusing existing components rather than building everything from scratch

• Looking at the big picture, how new flows affect capacity, stability, and other systems

This is not a pure "coding service" role. Programming is your tool, but you are driven by the interaction between technology, people, and business.

We believe that you:

• Have approx. 5+ years of experience in Java development

• Are communicative, unpretentious, and enjoy meetings with different departments.

• Are meticulous, responsible, and humble; you understand that our solutions are business-critical

• Enjoy collaborating, asking questions, listening, and building trust with other teams

• Have post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience

• Have worked with Linux, cloud (e.g., Azure/GCP/AWS/Oracle) and preferably Kafka/Kubernetes

Swedish is a plus but not a requirement: good English is needed.

• Location: Solna, at least two days a week in the office

• Working hours: primarily office hours (approx. 8–17)

• Start: after summer or as agreed
