You step into a role where security needs to be a natural part of the entire delivery flow, from development to operations. Here, you will help build and further develop a modern working method within DevSecOps, focusing on secure, efficient, and scalable processes in Azure DevOps.

You work in a complex environment with several dependencies between teams and play a key role in making security, automation, and delivery work together in practice. You also become a key person in driving improvements, supporting the teams, and implementing DevSecOps principles in everyday work. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine technical depth with impact on working methods, security, and delivery capability.

• You establish and further develop secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• You ensure that DevSecOps principles permeate system development and operations.
• You implement automated security controls and relevant tools in the development flow.
• You collaborate closely with developers, operations, and security teams to build a secure and efficient delivery process.
• You drive improvement initiatives related to security, deployment, and monitoring.
• You coach teams and contribute to raising knowledge within modern DevSecOps.
• You follow developments in the field and continuously evaluate new tools and technologies.
• You work in a SAFe Agile context and participate in ART-related activities and ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demo, and Inspect & Adapt.

• Several years of experience with DevOps or DevSecOps in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, especially pipelines in both YAML and classic formats.
• Very good understanding of security aspects within CI/CD, such as SAST, DAST, secrets management, and dependency scanning.
• Practical experience in introducing security tools and frameworks into pipelines.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure as code, preferably with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Experience working with container-based solutions.
• Documented ability to collaborate and communicate with developers, operations, and security teams.
• You master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
• Experience working according to SAFe Agile or similar methodologies.

• Experience from insurance, finance, or other regulated industries.
• Certifications in Azure or DevSecOps.
• Experience with SIEM, monitoring, and security monitoring in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with other public clouds, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• SAFe certification.
