Do you want to create structure in complex business processes and transform manual working methods into smart automation? Here you will work closely with the business and build the foundation for scalable digital processes – using BPM, workflow, and AI support as tools.
About the roleIn this role, you analyze existing working methods, identify bottlenecks, and transform manual flows, such as emails, Excel, Word documents, approvals, and handovers, into structured digital processes. You design forms, decision and approval flows, responsibility distribution, SLAs, and regional or local sub-processes, and then build automation that makes the solution clear and usable in practice.
AI and agents can serve as a complement, for example for reviewing documentation or automated decisions within clear boundaries. However, the core of the role is business process automation: first creating the right structure and then automating it.
You will become part of an international team that works closely with several business functions and drives development towards more cohesive, efficient, and digital working methods.
We are looking for someone whoHas 3–5 years of experience in BPM, workflow development, or business process automation.
Has worked in one or more platforms for workflow, BPM, or low-code and can quickly get up to speed with new tools.
Understands the interplay between business, systems, data, and processes and can translate needs into sustainable digital solutions.
Thrives in dialogue with different parts of the business and is confident in challenging, clarifying, and driving requirements forward.
Is structured, curious, and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in process improvement and automation.
Experience with AI or AI agents is advantageous but not a requirement.
About the employerYou will become part of a global, technology-driven organization with operations in industry, digitalization, and automation. The organization is in a development phase where process automation plays an increasingly important role in creating more efficient, standardized, and scalable working methods.
Here you have the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, with solutions that impact several parts of the organization. The role also offers good opportunities to develop into a more technical leadership position within process automation over time.
Practical informationThe position is full-time and starts as a consultancy role via Xamera, with the ambition of direct hire after approximately one year. The role is based in Stockholm or Örebro, with good opportunities for hybrid and remote work.
The start date is determined by agreement, taking into account any notice period. A drug and alcohol test will be conducted prior to start.
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
If you have questions about the role, you are welcome to contact Mikaela Magnusson at Xamera via [email protected]
