You will step into a mission-critical media environment where the next generation of radio production systems is being developed with a focus on audio, stability, and real-time communication. Here, you will work with central backend services related to the mixing area and adjacent functions, in a product where high availability and performance are absolutely crucial.

You will become part of an agile, cross-functional team where you collaborate closely with users, product owners, developers, and technical leaders. The role combines deep backend development with system design and architecture, and you will actively contribute to a sustainable technical direction for the shared product. • You analyze existing solutions and quickly familiarize yourself with the codebase to understand the system's technical and business needs.
• You design, further develop, and improve backend services in .NET/C# with a focus on stability, performance, and operability.
• You drive system design and contribute to architecture issues in technically advanced environments.
• You develop solutions for event- and queue-based communication, for example with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
• You work with Kubernetes and container-based operational environments to create robust and scalable services.
• You improve build pipelines, automated delivery flows, and test automation to support an efficient development process.
• You contribute to security, monitoring, and high availability in modern systems.
• You actively share knowledge within the team and contribute to agile ceremonies, demos, and other joint activities.

• Documented experience as a senior backend developer (8+ years).
• In-depth competence in .NET and C#.
• Experience with system design and architecture in technically advanced environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container-based operational environments.
• Experience with build pipelines and automated delivery flows.
• Experience with security, monitoring, and operability in modern systems.
• Experience with event/queue-based communication, for example RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
• Experience with real-time systems or systems with high demands on availability and performance.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Good ability to familiarize yourself with existing code and take an active role in developing new technical solutions.
• Good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge with others.
• You are comfortable undergoing background checks and working under confidentiality.

• Knowledge of audio over IP.
• Experience from the media industry.
• Experience with systems where audio and/or video are central components.
• Experience with the development of production-critical systems.
• Experience contributing to technical direction or architecture in a larger product area.
