You will work in an advanced healthcare and research environment where technical development has a direct impact on medical diagnostic workflows, with a special focus on genetic diagnostics. The role involves developing and further developing applications for the structured handling of lab samples, orders, reports, and genomic data.

Data quality, traceability, information flows, and integration between systems are central parts of daily life here. You work closely with both technical specialists and business representatives, helping to concretize solutions that support both data production and the further utilization of data. You also collaborate closely with other competencies within the same field, including health informatics.

This is a role for you who want to combine modern web development with concrete utility in a technically and informationally complex organization.

• You develop and further develop web-based applications for medical diagnostic workflows.
• You drive frontend work in modern JavaScript frameworks and contribute to high-quality solutions within UI, UX, and interaction design.
• You work with backend development in modern server or cloud platforms, such as .NET or Java.
• You design, further develop, and integrate REST-based APIs for structured information management between systems.
• You create technical solutions together with solution architects, information architects, development teams, and business representatives.
• You contribute to solutions that strengthen data quality, traceability, integration, and the further utilization of data.
• You work independently and coordinate work at a high level in close collaboration with both technical and business-oriented teams.

• At least five (5) years of documented experience working as a system developer in web-based solutions. The experience can be in frontend, backend, or fullstack, but with a clear focus on application development.
• At least five (5) years of documented experience in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React or similar.
• Experience working with user interfaces (UI), user experience (UX), and interaction design.
• Experience collaborating closely with users or business representatives, for example through workshops, interviews, user tests, or similar activities.
• At least one (1) year of documented experience in backend development in modern server or cloud platforms, e.g., .NET, Java, or similar.
• At least three (3) years of documented experience working with REST-based APIs and structured information management in system integrations.
• Documented experience of creating, further developing, and maintaining technical solutions in close collaboration with solution architects, information architects, development teams, and business representatives, supporting data quality, traceability, integration, and the further utilization of data.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business-oriented teams.
• A structured approach with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• Good ability to work independently and handle multiple projects or tasks in parallel.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Experience in technical development or maintenance within healthcare operations, laboratory-related activities, diagnostics, or other related fields where information flows, data quality, and traceability have been central parts of the work.
• Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift, as well as CI/CD solutions, such as GitHub.
