We are now looking for an IT Service Manager ServiceNow who wants to combine product ownership, stakeholder management, and team leadership in a role where you will have significant influence over both the platform's development and how our internal services are delivered.

What you will do here

As IT Service Manager for ServiceNow, you are responsible for developing and managing the platform based on business needs. The role combines product ownership, maintenance, and elements of solution architecture to ensure that ServiceNow creates maximum business value.

You act as the link between the business, IT, and external partners, driving development, improvement initiatives, as well as architecture and design issues. The platform is used by several business areas, including IT, HR, and Finance, which means you will collaborate broadly to develop solutions that create business value.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Be the product owner for the ServiceNow platform
• Lead and coordinate the daily work within the ServiceNow team
• Coach and support our internal specialists in the team
• Drive development and improvement of ITSM processes
• Contribute to the development of processes and solutions within HR, Finance, and other business areas where ServiceNow is used
• Be responsible for the roadmap, priorities, and backlog
• Ensure the platform is used in the best possible way for the business
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other internal stakeholders
• Challenge, prioritize, and define requirements based on business needs
• Monitor the external environment and ensure Coor takes advantage of new opportunities within ServiceNow
• Participate in simpler configuration and development work

About you

We are looking for you who have several years of experience with ServiceNow and a good understanding of the platform's functionality, processes, and development opportunities. You are used to taking overall responsibility for the platform's development and translating business needs into effective solutions. We believe you have experience with:

• Several years of experience working with ServiceNow in a business-close role, such as IT Service Manager, ServiceNow Manager, Product Owner, Platform Manager, or similar.
• Academic education or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Driving development and maintenance of ServiceNow
• Working with ITSM processes and service management
• Leading teams or coordinating specialist resources
• Working closely with the business and translating needs into solutions
• Prioritizing backlog, roadmap, and development initiatives

It is an advantage if you have experience working with ITSM processes and service management in larger organizations where ServiceNow is used broadly across several business areas. If you also have experience with HR processes, Finance, or other business areas where ServiceNow is used, we see this as an extra plus.
