RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in our operations largely involves helping and supporting other people in various ways. Therefore, we are looking for you who are responsible, have a good ability to build relationships, and possess an empathetic approach. You are proactive and engaged, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also enjoy working together with the team to achieve set goals.

The work also requires that you can maintain documentation and absorb written information and routines in an efficient manner. You therefore need to be skilled in communicating both verbally and in writing.

At our special needs housing (SÄBO) Skålmogården, you will meet our elderly citizens and contribute to making their daily lives easier. The tasks are varied and may look slightly different, but the most common tasks involve helping our residents with personal care, assistance with meals, and social interaction.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the operation's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided measures.
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would appreciate it if you have previous experience working in healthcare, but it is not a requirement. Experience working in a service role that involves helping people is seen as an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and believe that as a person, you are engaged, interested in other people, and humble. We prefer that you are at least 18 years old.

The substitute positions are during regular staff absence. Working hours can be flexible and include daytime, evenings, weekends, and nights.

Salary Form: Hourly wage.
Salary Range: 25,000–33,200 SEK.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration/Start Date: Start date by agreement.
Working Hours: Shift schedule.
